Rental Policy

Thank you for choosing Lake Norman Game Rentals! We’re committed to making your event fun, easy, and stress-free. Please review the following rental policies before booking.

Reservations & Payment

  • Reservations may be made by phone or email.

  • We accept major credit cards, cash, PayPal, Venmo, and Cashapp.

  • A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.

  • The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to or on the day of delivery.

  • Any changes to your order must be requested at least 7 days before your event date. We cannot guarantee changes within 7 days of the event.

  • Cancellations made before delivery will result in the deposit being held as a credit toward a future rental (valid for 12 months).

  • Same-day cancellations or cancellations after delivery may be charged the full rental amount.

Delivery, Setup & Pickup

  • Free delivery, setup, and pickup are included for locations within our service area (Mooresville, Troutman).

  • Locations outside our standard service area may be subject to a delivery fee based on distance.

  • We handle all setup and breakdown of equipment.

  • Rental equipment must remain in the location where it was installed and may not be moved without permission from Lake Norman Game Rentals staff.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring clear access to the setup area at the scheduled delivery time.

  • Necessary permits or HOA approvals are the responsibility of the renter.

Equipment Responsibility, Damage & Loss

  • The renter assumes full responsibility for the equipment from the time of delivery until pickup.

  • Equipment should be used properly and supervised by responsible adults at all times.

  • The renter agrees to pay for any damage beyond normal wear and tear, including but not limited to misuse, neglect, weather damage due to improper protection, theft, or vandalism.

  • Equipment returned excessively dirty may incur a cleaning fee.

  • If equipment is damaged beyond repair or lost, the renter is responsible for the full replacement cost.

Weather Policy

  • Once equipment has been delivered and set up, no refunds will be issued due to weather.

  • If severe weather is forecasted prior to delivery, Lake Norman Game Rentals reserves the right to delay, reschedule, or cancel setup for safety reasons.

  • In cases where we determine conditions are unsafe (including high winds, lightning, heavy rain, or hazardous ground conditions), deposits may be applied toward a future rental date.

  • Clients are encouraged to have a backup indoor location or weather plan.

Safety & Use Guidelines

  • Equipment must be used only for its intended purpose.

  • Adult supervision is required at all times.

  • Lake Norman Game Rentals reserves the right to refuse service if equipment is being misused or if conditions are deemed unsafe.
